Beach House Seaside Resort is looking for a casual receptionist & activities team member to join their team.
The primary duties of this role include front office reception and activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests
Ensure smooth check in and check out process
Complete all required administration tasks as required
Attend to all guest requests efficiently and promptly in a professional manner
Help support a range of guest activities in an engaging and qualified manner
Assist with social events such as welcome parties, trivia nights, bingo and paint and sip sessions
Support water sport activities at jack Evans Harbour during family fun days
Provide support in the bar/cafe as required
Be solution focused for customer inquiries and complaints
Knowledge of surrounding local area
Various other duties as they come to hand to assist in the smooth operation of the resort.
Key Skills, Competencies and Personal Attributes:
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Well presented & effective communication skills
Computer literacy including accurate data entry
Self-motivated and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Hold a current First Aid, RSA and Blue Card
Barista experience desired
Commitment to upholding workplace health and safety and code of conduct standards
