What You Will Do:
Convert inquiries into bookings through expert consultation.
Provide creative solutions to complex pet travel needs.
Manage end-to-end pet travel arrangements with care.
Handle customer calls & emails efficiently and professionally.
Stay calm and problem-solve during unexpected travel situations.
Who You Are:
Sales-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
Results driven with strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPI's, using data to track performance and optimise outcomes.




Resilient, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
A creative problem-solver who sees opportunities, not obstacles.
Strong communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience in sales, travel, logistics, or freight forwarding?
