Drive Culture, Capability & Compliance Across a Growing Franchise Network

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused People & Culture Manager to lead HR initiatives across a corporate and franchise network.

Reporting to the General Manager - People you will partner with franchisees and operational leaders to drive culture, workforce compliance, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead People & Culture initiatives that support business growth.
Coach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, NES, and relevant Up-to-date Awards.
Manage investigations, performance management, and workplace issues.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and workforce compliance.





About You
Experience in HR, People & Culture, or Employee Relations.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Awards.
Proven experience managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, franchise, or multi-site environments highly regarded.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HRIS and workforce management systems.
