DEMEX is seeking aGraduate Graphic Designer (3D Modelling & Project Visualisation)to join our growing team at Head Office in Yatala.
This unique role combines graphic design, 3D modelling and digital visualisation to support major demolition, remediation, civil and environmental projects across Australia.
You'll work alongside estimators, engineers, surveyors and project teams to create compelling project visualisations, digital models and technical graphics that help bring projects to life.
Using SketchUp and other digital modelling tools, you'll transform project concepts, survey information and technical data into clear visual representations that support tender submissions, project planning and project delivery.

About the Role
Working closely with operational, estimating and engineering teams, you will:
Develop and maintain 3D models for demolition, civil and environmental projects.
Create 3D models and project visualisations using SketchUp and other digital modelling software.
Create project visualisations, renderings and graphical representations for tenders and project planning.
Assist with the preparation of plans, drawings and supporting documentation.
Process and manage survey, drone and project data.
Support estimating and project delivery teams with modelling outputs.
Assist with quantity calculations and project planning activities.




Maintain digital project files and documentation.
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality and accuracy across all modelling and visualisation deliverables.
About You
We're looking for a motivated graduate who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a practical project environment.
You may be a recent graduate or currently in your final year studying:
Graphic Design
Visual Communication
Digital Design
3D Design
Digital Media
Animation
Civil Engineering
Surveying
Construction Management
Or a related discipline
You Will Ideally Have:
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience using SketchUp for 3D modelling, visualisation, rendering or design projects.
Exposure to 3D modelling, visualisation or drafting software.
Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
A willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
