Mosconi Restaurant has an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join our kitchen team. We are an 80-seat European restaurant located on James Street, known for our focus on quality produce, seasonality, and a refined yet approachable dining experience.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to maintaining kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
Availability to work nights and weekends

Self-motivated with a qualified attitude
Well-presented, reliable, and punctual
