About You
Have excellent knowledge of the EYLF & current regulation and legislation
Have excellent knowledge of and the ability to successfully fulfill every element of the National Quality Standards
A natural, warm and enthusiastic leader ready to motivate a team of educators
Ability to design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
Proven ability to build and nurture respectful and mutually-beneficial partnerships with parents and families and a genuine desire to maximise children's love of learning
Experienced in managing daily care routines,



and associated administrative and compliance tasks
Experienced in maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation
Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as an Early Childhood Teacher working in an Early Childhood setting or currently working towards
Knowledge the early years learning framework (EYLF)
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA qualifications- would consider a working towards
Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
Current Senior First Aid Certificate
CPR completed in the last 12 months
Current Child Protection Training
Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
Energetic passionate and committed to work
Flexibility to work a variety of shift times
