About the Role
This is in-home residential sales — done properly.
You'll attend
4–5 pre-booked appointments daily
with homeowners who have requested a quote. No cold calling. No door knocking.
Your role is to assess the home, design the right system, present a premium solution, and confidently guide the customer through their decision.
Appointments are scheduled for you. Installations are handled by our experienced technical teams. You focus on closing at a high level.
Monday to Friday schedule. Structured days. Predictable workflow.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Conducting on‐site residential HVAC consultations




Designing ducted multi and split system solutions tailored to each property
Preparing and presenting clear, professional quotations
Managing your structured daily appointment schedule
Working closely with installation teams for seamless project handover
What We're Looking For
Experience in residential HVAC (installation, service, or sales background)
Confidence selling in‐home to homeowners
Strong communication and presentation skills
Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
Self‐motivated, professional, and performance‐driven
Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is highly regarded but not essential for experienced sales professionals.
