About the Role
The Glynde Garage is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Finance Officer
to join our team
3 days per week
. This position is suited to an experienced accounts professional who can confidently manage day-to-day financial operations within a business workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and receivable
Processing Superannuation weekly
Data entry and reconciliation
Bank reconciliations
Debt collection and follow-up of outstanding accounts
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end reporting
Budget Analysis
Working closely with Management and Managing Directors
Liaising with external accountants
About You
At least 3 years experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role




Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes
Advanced level proficiency in MYOB AccountRight is required (no other MYOB package will suffice, please do not apply if you do not have the required software experience)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, particularly for debt collection
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Australian work rights are required for this position

Salary of $75,000-$85,000 per annum (pro rata for 3 days per week)
