You will handle contract administration across a wide-ranging project pipeline, ensuring subcontracts, variations and progress claims are managed efficiently and in line with contractual obligations.
You will liaise with project managers, site teams and subcontractors, support cost planning and value engineering, and maintain rigorous risk tracking across live sites.
