Task & Responsibilities
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Create new recipes and ensure quality consistency in every dish
Oversee kitchen operations and maintain a clean and secure workspace
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their daily tasks
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost control
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with health regulations
Qualification & Experience
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food preparation
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary arts
Relevant culinary certification (Certificate IV level) or equivalent experience (03 years) if do not hold relevant qualifications.
01 to 03 years of work experience in a relevant field is required.
