The Role
We're on the lookout for motivated, people-loving Occupational Therapists to join our national team. If you're passionate about helping others thrive and want to work somewhere that values YOU—keep reading.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting clients aged 0–65 with diverse needs in community settings
Conducting assessments and delivering functional, evidence-based interventions
Using (and learning!) psychometric and screening tools
Helping clients build independence and quality of life
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that's got your back
Mentoring (if that's your jam) and growing your own skills
Bringing your ideas to the table—we're boutique, flexible, and open to shaping your role around YOU
What You'll Need
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Driver's licence and registered vehicle
Passion for paediatrics and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
NDIS experience (preferred but not essential)
