United Supports is looking for a motivated and organised Coordinator of Supports to join our friendly and easy-going team in Tuggerah. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the NDIS sector who is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals.
About the Role
As a Coordinator of Supports, you will be responsible for:
Assisting NDIS participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
Connecting participants with appropriate services and supports
Coordinating mainstream, informal, and funded supports
Monitoring progress and ensuring supports remain aligned with participant goals
Working collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and stakeholders
Suite provided (laptop, phone, generous car allowance)

What We're Looking For




We're after someone who:
Has previous experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator and/or in a similar role within the Disability/NDIS Sector.
Communicates clearly and effectively with participants, families, and service providers
Is organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Has confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PRODA (not essential but preferred)
