The Opportunity
As a Speech Pathologist at Vivir Healthcare, youwill make a meaningful impact on clients' communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication abilities. Reporting to our Clinical Services Team, you will collaborate with leaders across our network to deliver exceptional care across multiple settings:
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct assessments of dysphagia, Speech, language, voice, neurological conditions, and cognitive-communication disorders
Prescribe and support the use of communication aids and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) where appropriate
Provide swallowing management strategies, diet texture recommendations,



and mealtime support plans
Deliver therapy in a range of settings including residential aged care facilities, clients' homes, clinics, and community centres
Travel primarily within 45km of your home (we aim to limit travel to within 15km of possible) - this role will provide service around
Norman Park, Woolloongabba, Coorparoo (Inner Brisbane CBD)
