What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in office and in the workshop
Manage bookings and customer interactions
Deliver high-quality service with minimal supervision
Build robust customer relationships
What You’ll Need
Experience with construction and earthmoving equipment
Strong diagnostic and technical skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with computer-based service tools and parts catalogues
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
Positive planning, time management, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential):
LR or MR Vehicle Licence
Air Conditioning Handling Licence
