West HQ is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a busy cafe and licensed bar on the gaming floor. You will lead a small team, delegate tasks, train recent staff, and ensure top-quality food, beverage presentation and service. You’ll maintain compliance, handle customer concerns professionally, and assist with stock, ordering and cash handling.

The role targets hands-on hospitality professionals who thrive in a quick-paced workplace and can work on a rotating weekday/weekend roster.
