Do you enjoy working outdoors, following a routine, and seeing the results of your work every day?

CMC Landscapes is looking for an experienced Maintenance Gardener to maintain large-scale commercial gardens at aged care and retirement villages. You’ll work daily with a Team Leader, keeping gardens secure, tidy, and beautiful for residents and building managers.

What you’ll do:
Mowing, edging, pruning, and general garden maintenance
Using petrol & electric tools efficiently
Following a structured rotation schedule
Keeping equipment in top shape and adhering to safety standards

What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience in gardening or similar
Commercial/large-site experience is a plus
Robust attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, professional, and proactive
Valid driver’s license & transport
