The Opportunity

This is an initial 6-month contract with the intention of permanent conversion based on individual performance. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in supporting Medical Engineers by ensuring critical medical device parts and equipment are available when needed.

Key responsibilities include:
Monday to Friday, full time in office in St Leonards.
Order spare parts from local distribution centres and global manufacturers.
Receive, transfer, and ship medical device parts and equipment.
Monitor backorders and communicate delivery updates to internal teams.
Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.




Coordinate equipment calibration schedules and maintain the calibration register.
Complete general administrative tasks to support the Technical Services team.

About You:
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
A proactive attitude with solid problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
