Ray's Florist & Gifts are seeking a high-energy, positive, rapid-working and reliable experienced Florist to join our team on a casual basis.
Chance for up to 38 hours per week. Hours may vary based on workload and seasonal demand.

Established since 1960, Ray’s Florist & Gifts handle all aspects of floristry, specialising in Funeral work. We are located in Silverwater and recognised in the community for our reliability, quality of product, and outstanding customer service.

Funeral experience preferred but not necessary.

We require someone who is a rapid-learner and has an excellent can-do attitude with high-energy.

Duties & responsibilities:
Ensure the workshop is clean and tidy
Create floral arrangements as per work order




Oversee inventory and stock availability
Support Senior florists as required
Tend to phone calls and walk-in customers
Adhere to procedures and costings

Experience & attributes:
Prior experience within the floristry industry
Must be a High-energy person
Prior experience working with funeral floral arrangements or willingness to learn
Friendly, up-beat manner with visitors & customers
Attractive hourly rate
Be able to handle up to 5 days of work if required.
