We are currently seeking an enthusiastic
Sales & Design Consultant
to join our friendly and supportive team.
About the Role
This is much more than a retail sales position. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice and help them select flooring and window furnishing solutions that suit their lifestyle, design vision and budget.
Supported by an experienced sales and administration team,



you'll enjoy a varied role that combines customer service, interior styling, product knowledge and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales journey.
Meet with customers in our showroom and attend onsite consultations when required.
Prepare quotations, estimates, sales orders and associated administration.
Assist customers in selecting flooring and window furnishing solutions that complement their homes and projects.
Research and source products to meet design briefs and customer requirements.
Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising and product displays.
Promote new products and collections to existing customers through email marketing and product updates.
Manage inventory and stock control using RFMS software.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and stay informed of recent products and industry trends.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and has an eye for design.
You'll ideally have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
A positive, motivated and team-focused attitude.
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in interior design, home building or renovations.
Previous experience in retail sales, flooring, window furnishings or the building industry is highly regarded but not essential. If you have a willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers, we encourage you to apply.
