Our client is a large tier 2 builder/developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney for just under 20 years. They have a growing pipeline and are known for their focus on well-executed apartment developments in key locations.
They are currently seeking a Leading Hand to join the team on major projects in betweenNorth and Northwest Sydney.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up with a builder that offers genuine progression and a strong support structure.
The Opportunity:
This is a great chance for a driven and capable Leading Hand to join a high-performing team and play a key role in the delivery of some of Sydney's most impressive apartment projects. You will be hands-on in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, making sure every trade is working to the agreed scope, specifications, design and contract requirements.
As a Leading Hand, you will be
responsible for
:
Leading day-to-day site operations and helping keep the project on track.
Supporting an experienced Site Manager and carrying out the required duties on site.
Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow.
Making sure all work is delivered safely, neatly and to a high standard.




Carrying out site inspections and reporting progress.
Getting hands‐on when needed, including with safety installs.
Leading day-to-day site operations and helping keep the project on track.

Skills and Experience:
Cert IV Trade in Carpentry or TAFE Building Diploma.
Proficiency in MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook and associated software.
Class 2 building experience.
Strong organisational, coordination and problem‐solving skills.
