Belgravia Leisure, Ascot Vale Leisure Centre, is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to provide leadership to the customer service team and ensure a first-class experience for facility users including swim school members, patrons and parents.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will deliver effective service, manage enrolments, oversee cash handling, and foster strong communication with staff and customers. The role includes mornings, evenings and weekend shifts and is a full-time position.
