Sharetea Australia is seeking a commercially driven Area Manager to lead multi-site operations and grow our franchise network across a designated region. You will coach site and franchise partners to deliver strong operational and financial performance while expanding market presence.
You will recruit and onboard current franchisees, implement local marketing plans, monitor regional KPIs, and develop business plans with franchisees to achieve 5–10% annual same-store sales growth.
