With a phenomenal reputation for care and compassion in their field of expertise, they have recently gone through a modernisation and enhancement of their Payroll & HR Systems architecture, to enhance their employee experience and to drive operational efficiency.
With high calibre leadership in Payroll Operations, HR Systems and Senior Leadership, they have the structure and scale to grow your payroll career.
They currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Officer on a six month FTC basis or permanent basis.
End to End Payroll Processing on a Fortnightly Pay Cycle, delivered within agreed deadlines, ensuring compliance with the legislative and regulatory environment
Monitor payroll variance analysis and update changes to codes
Responsive query resolution with a strong customer service focus
Prepare payroll calculations, including redundancies, long service leave; remediations when required
Control of Statutory Deductions & Responsibilities such as Payroll Tax,
Superannuation, Worker's Comp etc
Month end and year end payroll activities, reconciliations, reporting and audits
Enhancement of payroll procedures and process documentation
Identify & troubleshoot risks, and suggest the implementation of process and controls with a continuous improvement mindset
You will have at least three years of end-to-end payroll processing experience, with exposure to the
Dayforce payroll or WFM modules
being critical.
Essentially this experience will have been gained within a large, complex organisation. In addition to the advantages of working with a high profile not for profit provider, the organisation offers work from home flexibility - currently 3 days wfh. In addition, in a payroll team servicing over 10,000 employees, there are extensive pathways for internal progression and skills acquisition.
