We're looking for a
reliable, safety-focused operator
to join our busy recycling site.
What you'll be doing:
Controlling the intake bay (managing truck flow for tipping)
Pushing up materials into stockpiles
Loading material into open-topped semi-trailers
Must be physically capable of climbing in and out of machines repeatedly
General housekeeping & maintaining safe site conditions
Completing dockets & paperwork
Police check and fitness test required
What you need:
Driver Licence
Robust work ethic & reliability
Able to handle physical work
FEL experience a bonus (not essential!)
Hours:
Training 8am-4pm → 5am-1pm once competent Mon-Fri + occasional weekends
Long-term role with permanent opportunity
