With continued investment and a strong market position, the business is looking to strengthen its finance team with an ambitious accountant who is eager to broaden their commercial experience and influence business performance.
About your new Role!
This is far more than a traditional management accounting position.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll work across Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain, helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities and make better commercial decisions.
You'll be encouraged to ask questions, challenge the numbers and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Whether you're discussing pricing with Sales, reviewing inventory with Operations or analysing profitability, you'll gain exposure that will fast-track your commercial career.
Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to provide meaningful commercial insights.
Analysing pricing, margins, profitability and business performance.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting.
Reviewing customer and product profitability to identify growth opportunities.
Monitoring inventory performance and providing commercial recommendations.
Maintaining pricing data and supporting commercial decision-making




Presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and business performance.
About YOU!
You're an accountant who enjoys understanding how a business operates, not simply reporting the numbers.
You're naturally curious, confident in communicating with people across all levels of the business and comfortable leaving your desk to gain a deeper understanding of the operation. You ask questions, enjoy solving problems and want to become a trusted commercial partner.
To be successful, you will bring:
CPA/CA qualified or currently completing your qualification.
Experience in Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or Business Analysis.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel.
SAP experience or exposure to a large ERP system.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with operational and sales stakeholders.
A proactive attitude, commercial mindset and genuine desire to learn.
