About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven State Manager to lead our NSW operations.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, developing people, and executing strategic growth across the state. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business while delivering robust commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive revenue growth while maintaining and improving margins
Build and manage key relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and stakeholders
Identify and execute growth opportunities in a competitive market
Analyse sales data and performance metrics to drive results
Develop and implement state sales strategies aligned with national objectives




Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in the electrical wholesale or related industry
Minimum 5+ years leadership/management experience
Strong commercial and analytical capability
Demonstrated success in sales growth and team performance improvement
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
High level of motivation with a results-driven mindset
