Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store - leading a team of passionate individuals, creating meaningful connections with customers, and delivering results that make an impact. This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role where your influence shapes everything from team culture to customer experience.

What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire your team to create warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer experiences
Drive performance across the customer experience, store sales, and store presentation
Create a team culture grounded in trust, fun, and our values
Lead day-to-day operations including rostering,



stock management and visual merchandising
Coach, develop, and grow your team through transparent communication and meaningful feedback
Bring our brand, products and values to life in-store - every day

About You
A confident and values-led leader with proven experience in retail management
Committed to creating a high-performing, high-trust team environment
