About the Role
Join our established residential service team delivering maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs across Sydney. You’ll work autonomously in the field, supported by experienced technical leaders and structured systems. This is a stable, long‑term role within a growing business.
Duties
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
Communicate clear solutions and service updates to customers
Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
Uphold quality and safety standards on every job
Skills & Experience
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
Proven residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Current driver’s licence
