Downer is seeking a Zero Harm Advisor to support Logan Water in Beenleigh, Queensland, balancing office work with in office visits. You will lead safety improvements across projects, coaching managers, engineers and delivery partners to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with Downer Zero Harm standards.

You will perform observations, audits and investigations, manage incident reporting and contribute to sustainable water infrastructure safety.
