The Fit Lab is seeking a professional Membership Utility to join the Team
Who You Are:
We want to hear from Cert 3 and 4 In fitness people who thrive on working in a high energy setting, who are 'people people' and have the drive and ambition to not just do the job, but build a long term career with us. Who have the capacity and desire to work in an environment that builds opportunities across The Memberships Desk, Group Fitness and Personal Training.
The membership utility role is responsible for dealing with all face to face and online membership enquires, signups and cancellations. The membership role is also fully crossed train in the front house reception. You will have determination and a positive understanding of the sales process, easily able to juggle each of the elements whilst maintaining the highest service standards.
What you Should Bring:

An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team
Flexibility to work varied hours - opening and closing the gym and working weekend hours as required
Willingness to comply with and carry out all implemented club policies and Work Health and Safety related activities and processes
Willingness as required to operate through all facets of the facility including Members Desk, Group Fitness, Personal Training, Creche and Special Projects.
