About the Opportunity
As Centre Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our service, leading with confidence, positivity, and purpose.
You'll:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring excellence across all areas
Inspire, mentor,
and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders
Build trusted partnerships with families and the local community
Drive occupancy growth through strong engagement and community connections
Champion compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
Support and guide your team to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards outcomes
Foster a culture where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn
About You
You're a confident and people-focused leader who is passionate about early education and building successful teams.
You'll bring:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
A current Working with Children Check
Strong operational, compliance, and financial management skills
Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving performance goals
A commitment to creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators
