The Opportunity:
This is an
immediate start, temporary assignment for an initial three-month period
, offering the opportunity to join a fast-paced team supporting the coordination of maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial tenanted properties.
As a
Customer Service Officer
, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues within the properties they occupy. You'll assess each situation, accurately log maintenance requests and coordinate the appropriate trades to ensure repairs are completed as efficiently as possible.
This role requires someone who can genuinely empathise with customers experiencing issues within their home or workplace while remaining calm, objective and solutions-focused. You'll know when to listen, when to reassure, and when to confidently move conversations towards practical outcomes. No two days are the same, so you'll enjoy juggling competing priorities, making informed decisions and working in a fast-paced team workplace where every interaction matters.

Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to inbound maintenance enquiries from tenants.
Assessing and accurately logging maintenance requests.
Coordinating trades and scheduling repair works.
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with tenants and contractors to provide timely updates.
Managing multiple tasks while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Skills & Experience:
Success in this role comes from your ability to build rapport quickly, remain composed under pressure and confidently manage a high volume of enquiries.

The ability to demonstrate empathy while remaining focused on achieving positive outcomes.
