About the Company & Role:

Join a Global Medical Device Manufacturer at the forefront of infection prevention technology. Working within the Quality team, you'll play a key role in analysing customer and product data, identifying trends, supporting complaint management activities and helping ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data, communicating findings and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Reporting to the Quality Operations & Post Market Surveillance Manager, you'll join a supportive team with full training and handover provided.

Duties:
Analyse and interpret post-market and complaint data
Identify trends, adverse events and out-of-trend results
Manage and maintain complaint records within internal systems
Support complaint investigations and adverse event reporting
Prepare reports, presentations and data summaries for stakeholders
Present findings to local and international teams
Participate in weekly data review meetings
Follow SOPs, work instructions and quality processes
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory,



Engineering and Technical Services teams

Skills & Experience:
Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline
Experience within the medical device, pharmaceutical or another ISO-regulated workplace is advantageous
Strong Excel skills; experience with large datasets and Pivot Tables (highly regarded)
Experience analysing data and identifying trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Understanding of ISO standards and GMP processes (highly regarded)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools (highly regarded)
