The Position:
Respond to tenant enquiries and provide customer support
Assist with leasing, inspections and applications
Prepare leases, renewals and tenancy documents
Conduct routine inspections and reports
Assist with entry and exit reports
Coordinate maintenance and contractor bookings
Monitor arrears and follow up tenants




Upload property ads and support open homes
Maintain property records and CRM systems
Provide administrative support to the PM team

Requirements:
6–12 months' experience in any Real Estate position
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Looking to build a long-term career in Property Management
