Job Description

At Elysium Noosa, we believe every guest interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable moment. We are seeking experienced and service-driven Trade Waiter who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a premium environment, and take pride in delivering intuitive and personalised guest experiences.

As a Trade Waiter, you will be responsible for managing your own section, building genuine connections with guests, and delivering seamless food and beverage service from arrival through to farewell. You will embody the Elysium service philosophy by anticipating guest needs, sharing your product knowledge, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver polished and personalised food and beverage service within your designated sectionCreate memorable guest experiences through genuine, attentive and engaging serviceProvide expert menu recommendations,



including dietary and beverage guidanceTake accurate food and beverage orders and process transactions through the POS systemDrive revenue through thoughtful upselling and product recommendationsAnticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service opportunitiesCoordinate closely with the kitchen and broader service team to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the venueAssist with restaurant setup, service station preparation and daily operational proceduresSupport the delivery of conferences, events and special functions as requiredContribute to a positive team culture while upholding Elysium's service rituals and standards

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Trade Waiter or experienced Food & Beverage AttendantA passion for delivering premium guest experiencesStrong food, beverage and wine knowledgeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and positive attitudeStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAvailability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
