ABOUT THE ROLE
Full Time | Monday–Friday

We're on the lookout for a reliable, friendly, and quick learner to join our Administration Team at our Perth branch in Bibra Lake *****). This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday and offering stability and variety with no two days the same. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a can-do attitude are essential. Ready to bring energy and precision to a fast-paced team?
What you will do:
Deliver exceptional service
– Engage with customers and buyers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing clear information and expert advice every day.
Keep things moving
– Manage incoming mail, coordinate couriers, handle data entry, and ensure office supplies are stocked and ready.
Own the details
– Complete all auction-related administration with accuracy and speed, hitting deadlines every time.
Exceed expectations
– Ensure buyers and vendors receive timely, accurate support that meets their needs.
Be the backbone
– Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless admin support
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously without close supervision
