Polaris Marine Group in Harwood, NSW, seeks a Marine Team Leader to own the tug fleet's readiness, crewing standards and harbour operations. You will work closely with port pilots, coordinate pilotage bookings and SHIPS system requirements, and serve as the primary contact for all tug-related activities.
As Tug Master with AMSA Master >45m, you will lead day-to-day operations, manage crew development, oversee safety and compliance, and report fleet condition to the Operations Manager.
