Count Wealth are looking to recruit a full-timeFinancial Planning Support Officerto join our Parramatta office.
In this role, you'll provide vital administrative and client support to our Financial Advisers, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their practice — and playing a direct part in the positive outcomes we deliver for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Client & Adviser Support
Greeting clients in a skilled and courteous manner
Answering phone calls, taking minutes, and preparing for weekly meetings
Booking client appointments, including annual reviews
Contacting clients to follow up on documentation or provide work updates
Full administration support to Senior Financial Advisers
Documentation & Compliance
Organising and maintaining client files, including scanning and filing
Assisting with the production of Client Review documents in line with company guidelines
Ensuring advice documents are compliant, accurate, and professionally presented
Keeping the Adviser Logic CRM up to date with file notes and saved documents
Preparing execution-only letters, Fee Consent agreements, and client/fund manager correspondence
Product & Implementation Support
Researching products and updating TMDs, PDS documents, and fund performance data
Implementing and lodging client business with Fund Managers, Investment Managers, and Insurance Providers following SOAs and RoAs
Implementing trades, switches, and rebalances on platforms as advised
Liaising with Fund Managers, Investment Managers, Insurance Providers, and Government Agencies on rollovers, insurance applications, investments,
and online access
Following up on client investments and superannuation, and supporting the Administration & Paraplanning team as needed
Team & Development
Liaising across all areas of the business to ensure accurate, well-communicated data
Providing timely feedback to Advisers on any amendments needed for SOAs or related documents
Assisting in training other administrators as required
Participating in team-building activities
Attending all training and legislative sessions required under licensing obligations
Supporting with any other reasonable duties as required
About You
Experience in a financial services role (preferred)
A motivated, proactive attitude and genuine passion for the work
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Sound judgement and the initiative to solve problems and suggest process improvements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Solid computer literacy, including confidence with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with XPlan or Adviser Logic CRM highly desirable
