Residential Eating Disorder Centre Hunter New England Mental Health Service Advertising closes Friday 7 August **** We are seeking an experienced and collaborative
General Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality medical care to patients admitted to our Residential Eating Disorders Centre (REDC). In this specialist role, you will deliver comprehensive medical assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide ongoing management of patients' physical health throughout their admission. Working closely with the Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, and multidisciplinary team, you will help bridge the gap between primary care and specialist mental health services.
Applicants must have: FRACGP or FACCRM Comprehensive and recent experience providing support and consultation to patients with Mental Health and Eating Disorders About us: HNEMH provides a wide range of mental health services throughout the Hunter New England Health district, supported by over 1,600 staff.

Our services are structured by geographic areas and age groups
child & adolescent, adult, and older persons
and are supported by skilled multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, registrars, allied health, nurses, and administrative staff.
