The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Field Cadet
to join our Property Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to start or continue your career in real estate while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of property management.
No two days are the same. You'll be out in the field inspecting properties, supporting our Property Managers, building relationships with clients and developing the skills needed for a successful career in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Field Cadet, you'll play an important role in supporting our Property Management team by:
Conducting routine inspections and preparing clear,



accurate inspection reports
Mapping and managing inspection routes to maximise efficiency
Communicating inspection outcomes with Property Managers and landlords
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions
Assisting with administration and day-to-day client communications
Supporting the wider Property Management team wherever needed
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn. You'll ideally have:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A current Queensland Driver Licence
Full working rights in Australia
A Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Real Estate Licence)
Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential
