We're looking for someone compassionate and motivated to join our team as an
Employment Pathways Mentor
. You'll be supporting people with disability as they prepare for work, helping them build confidence, set goals, and take steps toward meaningful employment.
This is a
full time role - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.06pm ( 1 hour lunch break) based in Phillip
, with occasional travel across the region to meet with customers and support their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting people as they prepare for work through the IEA program
Helping each person set goals and make a plan that suits their strengths
Working with other team members to make sure support is well coordinated
Promoting inclusive and accessible workplaces
Tracking progress and adjusting plans when needed
Keeping records accurate and up to date




Representing the organisation with kindness and professionalism
What we are looking for:
You don't need to come from employment services or disability support to succeed in this role. If you've worked in
education, customer service, community work, coaching, HR, Retail or Hospitality
, you may already have the skills we're looking for:
Great communication and people skills
Ability to build trust and motivate others
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable using digital tools and systems - in particular Microsoft Word and Outlook
Team player who enjoys working with others
Passionate about helping people reach their potential
What You'll Need:
A current Driver's License
Compliance Checks: Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to get them)
A genuine interest in making workplaces more inclusive
