Boutique property valuation firm seeking experienced
Administration Assistant
to join their team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
This position is initially on a
2 day per week
basis, with the potential to move to 3-5 days in the future.
Ideally, we are seeking someone who is able to start
immediately

Baker & Magin Valuers comprises a boutique valuation firm specialising primarily in the valuation of hotels, motels, licenced clubs, commercial and industrial properties. We operate out of a residential location, providing a casual/flexible working setting.
You will be joining a very small team of supportive and inclusive staff members. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business and be responsible for assisting with all stages of production of property valuation reports.
Key Responsibilities
Managing general office administration tasks including emails, telephone enquiries, and document management




Assisting with the production of both short form and long form valuation reports, ensuring deadlines are met and reports are of high-quality.
About You
At least 5+ years experience as an administration assistant, with prior experience in the property valuation industry looked upon favourably.
Experience in dealing with 'commercial in confidence' information.
Experience with transcription.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).
Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Confidence in managing and prioritising daily tasks independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Xero accounting software.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
