We are seeking an energetic person to support the General Insurance Broking team by managing the Claims experience for our clients
This position will suit a self-motivated individual willing to contribute to our team culture.
Previous experience in claims processing in the General InsuranceBroking space is required.
Having a Tier 2 or Tier 1 accreditation in General Insurance Broking would be well regarded.
Key Activities of the Role
Claims Management across Domestic and Commercial Lines
Client contact and follow up
Systems management and reporting
Renewal Support as required
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Experience in Claims in General Insurance Broking
Strong Customer Service Skills and a confident telephone manner
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Valuable Attention to detail and organisational skills
Initiative – to proactively work as part of the team
