Voice Pickers - Chiller or Freezer Workplace

Our client, a global leader in temperature-controlled storage and distribution, is seeking experienced and reliable Voice Pickers to join their team across Prospect and Arndell Park. These are ongoing positions offering stability, excellent conditions, and excellent pay.

Available Shifts:
AM Shift: 5:00am start
PM Shift: 1.30pm and 5.30pm start

About the Role
Voice picking
Working in Chiller or Freezer environments
Immediate starts available
Permanent roles including annual leave, personal leave & other entitlements

To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Previous picking experience
Ability to lift, move & carry up to 15kg repetitively
Experience operating MHE machinery
Ability to meet KPI targets
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Willingness to work in Chiller or Freezer settings
A contactable reference
