Our better-for-you food manufacturing business is on a reliable growth trajectory and are looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help us on our journey.

You’ll be the go-to person building and improving our marketing, from planning and creative development right through to performance reporting. This is a truly diverse role that would suit an up-and-coming marketing qualified who wants a relatively blue-sky role they can build on and truly make their own.

Responsibilities
Leading communication and content strategy and execution
Social media marketing
Brand development
Product marketing and development
Develop and maintain brand and sales collateral and assist the sales team with communication and marketing activity
Asset management and improvement – visual and written
Internal marketing and communication
Occasional assistance with event management (eg, tradeshows)
Plus, anything else you believe will help us grow and improve!

About You




Degree or diploma in marketing, communication or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience coordinating most or all of the above responsibilities
Basic graphic design skills
Some understanding of web CMS platforms
Brings a positive, can-do attitude to a team

You’re organised without being rigid, creative without losing sight of goals, and you care about getting things right. You’re proactive, love getting things done and are comfortable working without or with direction. Above all, you’re just a positive person who knows what valuable looks like.
