Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking an experienced leader to amalgamate two existing hospitals into a Greenfield site and provide strategic clinical leadership for the Eurobodalla Regional Hospital (ERH) project. The role requires workforce management, culture development, and solid governance oversight.

The ideal candidate will have specialist qualifications; FRACMA is desirable, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving service planning to meet community needs.
