Your Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth: Combine warm account management with proactive sales activity (BD calls,



reverse marketing, door knocking) to expand market share.
Client Engagement: Conduct face‐to‐face site visits to build strong, trusted partnerships.
Candidate Management: Source, interview, and match top talent for fast‐reacting industrial and corporate support roles.
Full Ownership: Run an end‐to‐end desk with high operational and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
Sales Drive: Background in a target‐driven workplace; recruitment experience is ideal, but not essential.
Resilience & Passion: Thrives in a fast‐paced environment and loves exceeding targets.
