This role is responsible for overseeing the operational performance, health and safety compliance, injury management, and customer journey experience across multiple venues. This role ensures that each site consistently delivers a high standard of service and operational excellence, aligning with company values, policies, and strategic direction. A critical part of the role is supporting the successful opening of current venues by embedding strong leadership, systems, and standards from day one.

Operational Excellence Provide strategic operational leadership across all allocated venues, ensuring consistency in standards, execution and performance.
Leadership Development Develop high-performing Venue Managers and leadership teams capable of delivering sustained business performance.
Commercial Performance Support Venue Managers in achieving financial and operational targets across their portfolio.
Health & Safety Risk Management Maintain a proactive safety culture across all venues while ensuring legislative compliance.
Guest/Customer Experience & Brand Reputation Ensure every guest receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
Maintenance & Asset Management Protect the company's investment in its venues by maintaining safe, clean and operationally productive facilities.
New Venue Openings and Integration Support the successful delivery of recent venues by establishing strong operational foundations from day one.
What we need from you?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Demonstrated experience in event planning, process improvement, and team management
Strong creative thinking and innovation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in project management and coordination
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with child safety regulations and guidelines
Proficiency in using software for project management and reporting
Candidates must also have RSA, First Aid/CPR and a Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain one.
