OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE - SPRING HILL, BRISBANE

This is a permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday) where you will be an essential member of the nursing team in ensuring the organisation's occupational health obligations are met through the delivery of compliant, high-quality clinical services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will work closely with Occupational Physicians, Registrars, and fellow Nurses to deliver high-quality health services including employment-related assessments, wellness initiatives, and injury case management.
Workplace medical assessments including performing audiometry, spirometry, ECG, drug screening, functional capacity evaluations and aerobic fitness tests
Coordinating health and wellness projects including taking bloods and administering vaccinations
Triage and case management of workplace injuries to ensure a sustainable return to work




Occasional project work at client sites
Accurate and timely clinical documentation
General administration

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree level qualifications in nursing or equivalent
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Experience or Qualifications in Audiometry, Spirometry, Drug & Alcohol Screening, Nurse Immunisation Certificate, and/or Phlebotomy (highly regarded)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Robust communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a professional approach
An ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent time management, prioritisation and documentation skills
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
