About the Role
As the Buyer Specialist to the Director, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process while helping grow the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Director throughout the sales process from appraisal to settlement.
Managing the Director's calendar, appointments and daily workflow.
Prospecting for new business, networking and community engagement.
Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service.
Coordinating listing presentations, marketing campaigns and preparing properties for market.
Managing CRM data, reporting and administration.
Attending open homes, photo shoots, building and pest inspections and other property appointments.
Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by the Director and supporting the wider team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in sales support or sales in any industry.
Holds a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
An outstanding communicator with a genuine passion for customer service.
Professional, reliable and maintains an impeccable corporate presentation.
Mature, respectful and accountable.
Flexible, motivated and willing to assist wherever required.
Receptive to feedback and committed to continual learning.
A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
